This morning I heard that Quin's upcoming budget includes an expansion of state funded pre-school.
The following is from a letter I wrote to my state rep (Michael Connely) also sent to the Daily Herald as a letter to the editor.
In Quinn's state-of-the-state (2/1/2012) he said something about expanding the state's early childhood education (preschool) program. Are-you-kidding-me? In case they actually try this, I thought you should be armed with a few facts. A few months…
Hillsdale college is offering its "Constitution 101" on line for no cost (except voluntary donations). This course started on Feb 20, but I believe you can still join; 10 weeks of 45 minutes per week. The Feb. 20 class is, I believe archived. I would highly recommend this especially for teenagers and College Students. One 13 year old girl from Tennessee (I think) was very enthusiastic about taking this course. If you want to hear from someone who unmistakably understands the profound impact of America's founding and believes there is still time for its citizens to take hold of its bureaucratic laden government and return it back to the will of it's founding, then you must hear this speech from Daniel Hannan. I wanted to share this great email Rick sent to his group, Tri-Count-Teas
An astute attendee from our Nov. 17th Tri-Count-Teas meeting asked how the article I shared yesterday squares with the information that Randy Ramey offered that evening on the impact of Smart Meters. Here are the facts – you decide.
Article from yesterday: Here’s some further information on the ongoing battle against smart meters – even the British government is…Continue
